OUR TEAM

 A native Arizonan, JT has been framing in the Valley for more than 25 years. He started his own company in 1997 and operated it for five years. His experience is primarily in residential framing with a focus on custom homes, and he also has experience with single‑ and multi‑family projects as well as tract developments. At Connect 2 Build, LLC, JT coordinates and supervises all new‑build and remodel projects. 

 Frank began his construction career at 16, working with his father in the San Diego area. He started as a carpenter and advanced to Superintendent at a large firm specializing in tract, custom, and commercial framing, a position he held for 15 years. A passionate Muay Thai boxer, Frank has earned two U.S. titles over more than 20 years and continues to share his expertise as a coach. 

 Josette brings more than twenty years of experience to the company, specializing in bookkeeping, management, and operations. She has worked across diverse industries, including property management, specialty flooring manufacturing, and law. Outside of work, Josette enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and traveling. 

 Tom began his construction career on Long Island, New York, working on custom homes and high‑end remodels. He moved to Arizona in 1992 and framed for a major builder. In 2002 he started his own framing company and grew it to more than 180 employees and a 20‑truck fleet, building tract, semi‑custom, custom, and commercial projects. Tom’s industry expertise has been an invaluable asset to our company. An avid superbike racer, he began competing in 2004, has won multiple class championships, has taught superbike school, and still owns his race bike.
