JEFFREY DWIGUN Owner & Founder
Jeff Dwigun, owner and founder of Connect 2 Build, LLC, has been working in the building industry for over 25 years. After earning his Bachelor of Science degree at a private Pennsylvania university, Jeff relocated to Scottsdale, AZ and worked for local framing companies and builders. In 2011, he created Connect 2 Build, LLC and focused on projects in the northeast Valley. Now, nine years later, the company builds state-wide and offers both residential and commercial services. We look forward to the future and growth of the company in different regions of Arizona as well as other nearby states.

A native of Arizona, JT has been framing in the Valley for over 20 years. In 1997, he started his own company which he operated for five years. JT's experience is mainly in residential framing with a focus on custom homes. He also has experience with single and multi-family homes as well as tract developments. His role with Connect 2 Build, LLC is to coordinate and supervise all new build and remodel projects.

Frank began his career in the construction industry at age 16 working with his father in the San Diego area. Starting as a carpenter, Frank worked his way up the proverbial ladder to Superintendent for large construction outfit who specialized in tracts, custom homes, and commercial frames. He held this position for 15 years. Frank has a passion for Muay Thai boxing and after 20 years, holds two U.S. titles. He still maintains his passion by coaching the art.

Josette brings over twenty years of experience to the company. Her specialties lie in bookkeeping, management and operations. Josette has worked in a vast number of industries including property management, specialty flooring manufacturing, and law. Josette loves spending time with her family, reading and traveling.

Tom begin his career in the construction industry working on custom homes and high-end remodels in Long Island, NY. In 1992, Tom moved to Arizona where he framed for a large builder. In 2002 he started his own framing company and grew it to over 180 employees and 20 trucks. He built tract, semi-custom, custom homes and commercial. His expertise in the in the industry has been an invaluable asset to our company!
Tom's hobbies include racing super-bikes. He started officially racing in 2004 and has won multiple class championships. He has also taught super-bike school and still owns his race bike.
